This helper is intentionally narrow. It downloads the single workbook currently supported by MARIO for Statistics Canada satellite-account parsing: the 2022 purchaser-price emission factors for 473 commodities across 13 Canadian provinces and territories, published on Zenodo at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18304088

Notes

• This downloader does not resolve arbitrary OpenIO-Canada releases.

• It is hard-wired to the 2022 workbook because the current MARIO parser integration is compatible only with StatCan table="SUT", level="detail", and reference year 2022.
